When we buy back your preloved items we pay you in instant credit which you can spend in two different ways:

  • instantly on our site

  • on vouchers to spend with any of our brand partners

When do I receive my credit?

As soon as your clear out bag / trade in has been processed the credit will be available on your account.

You will receive an email confirming any credit that has been awarded to you


 

How much will I receive?

Any item we can resell on our site you will earn a percentage of the resale value of the item (25% for clear out & 30% for trade in), calculated using the item’s RRP and condition. Items we can resell are:

  • items originally purchased from thelittleloop

  • items purchased from our brand partners

  • items purchased from brands we love

Keep in mind that the resale price varies based on the item's condition. If you prefer to know how much you might earn in advance, you can try our clever trade-in tool.

You will not earn credit for bags containing only items which we cannot sell. However we will happily donate these items to our charity partners, giving you peace of mind that they’ve gone to to a good home.


 

Why don't you pay in cash?

Unfortunately we are unable to give you credit as cash, as that would constitute a financial transaction. You can convert the credit to coupons with our brand partners, or purchase items from us directly


 

How do I spend my credit?

When it's time to check out, you'll see options to apply your credit and enter your coupon code. Just look for the box labelled 'Use £(X) account credit' to apply your credit and the box labelled 'Enter promo code (...)' to enter your coupon code.

Please note that delivery charges can’t be paid for with credit or a coupon


 

How do I exchange my credit for vouchers?

Once we process a clear out bag / trade in for you any credit will be awarded to your thelittleloop account in the first place. 

You can then convert the credit to store vouchers for any of our re-loop brands (listed below) providing you already have an account with any one of them and have linked your thelittleloop account with the brand.

Unlike other brands you can't connect your JoJo account with your thelittleloop account, simply because of the platform that the JoJo web site is on. 

However In order to convert your credit to JoJo vouchers we simply need to know that you are a JoJo customer; there are a few ways in order that you are able to do this so you can convert your credit to vouchers:

- Have sent a JoJo Clear out Bag to us

- Used the trade in tool on the JoJo site

- Have your thelittleloop account connected to another of our re-loop brands

Please note the minimum value of credit you can convert to vouchers is £10

The vouchers will be emailed to you - it will come as an email from ‘Shopify from ***’ with the details of the brand.

Check your junk email, as they can find their way in there.

Alternatively if you log into your account & into your wallet if you expand ‘Redeemed Credit’, select the line that relates to your voucher you will see the coupon details.


 

How long is my credit valid for?

Your credit is valid for 18 months on your littleloop account and once converted to store vouchers it is then valid for up to a year - it depends on the brand.

So we recommend that you only convert your credit once you are ready to spend it with the brand to maximise the validity of the credit


 

Can I use credit or a coupon to pay for delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit or a coupon as payment or part payment for any delivery charges. These have to be paid separately as a transaction
